Owned and operated by Donna Hartley, Quinn Harrington opened its doors in 1997. Since then Quinn Harrington have provided a uniquely specialised management service to property owners in Sydney's East.
Experience of over fifteen years has been dedicated exclusively to property management in the Eastern Suburbs. She is committed to providing property owners with a fully comprehensive management service. Donna Hartley
Donna is a fully licensed estate agent with over fifteen years of experience in the industry.
For six years Donna headed the leasing division of McGrath Estate Agents.
In a highly competitive industry, word of her expertise spread, and Donna was commissioned to begin a Property Management business for Di Jones Real Estate.
Having successfully achieved this Donna felt the only thing left to do was to create an agency solely & wholly offering a professional, efficient and personalised management service.
The Beginning
In 1997 Donna decided to establish a dynamic new business offering exactly the kind of one to one service that the market was lacking.
Her main priority is developing and maintaining good working relationships with all their clients in order to customise a management package that fully satisfies the needs of each individual landlord.
Her enthusiasm and drive, coupled with their knowledge of the local market ensured their success.
Sha have carved out a niche in the market and with her hands-on approach have earned a reputation for excellence.

Expedient organisation and supervision of repairs by fully licensed contractors and regular inspections of properties under management to ensure maintenance concerns are addressed. |
| Monthly Statements - |
Computerised monthly statements are issued itemising all income and expenses with funds electronically transferred directly into your bank account. |
| Disbursements - |
Quinn Harrington can pay all your Council, Water and Strata levies for you. |
| Annual Statements - |
End of Financial Year statements are issued for taxation purposes. |
